My goal is to provide a warm, respectful, and safe atmosphere where you, the client, can explore issues, learn about yourself and strive to make changes that will improve the quality of your life. I enjoy working with a variety of issues from depression and anxiety to couples counseling and stress management. Each client has different needs and issues and I tailor the treatment modality to best fit the needs of the individual. My practice is eclectic but some of the treatment modalities I use are listed below.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
For therapy to be successful the client needs to schedule regular therapy session either weekly or bimonthly. This allows you consistency to keep your therapy moving forward, keeps you from losing momentum and helps you feel better quickly.
